1. Return Policy

         VisionMaya is a site for selling augmented reality products of Shristee Animaax

Refund Process:
In case of quality dispute, kindly return the goods back to Shristee Animaax so that you can be entitled for refund policy. If you are entitled to a refund, we will refund you as follows, via the payment method used at point of order within 7-10 working days beginning with the day on which the notice of cancellation was given:

• PhonePe Payments: If you paid via PhonePe UPI, wallet, or linked bank account, the refund will be processed back to your PhonePe wallet or original payment source within 5-7 business days. Please ensure your PhonePe account is active to receive the refund.

• Payment Card: If you paid by debit/credit card, we will refund you on the payment card used at the time of placing your order within 7-10 business days.

• Cash on Collection: If you paid by cash on collection, we will refund you in person in cash or send a cheque to the value of the items purchased.

Delivery Charges:
We will refund the delivery charge in full if you return all items of your order at the same time. If you choose to keep some of the items, we will retain the balance of the delivery charge that applies to the items you keep.

Digital AR Content:
For digital AR content purchases made through PhonePe, refunds will only be processed if the activation code has not been used. Once an AR experience is activated, it becomes non-refundable due to the digital nature of the product.

Refund Timeline:
• PhonePe UPI/Wallet: 3-5 business days
• PhonePe linked bank account: 5-7 business days
• Credit/Debit cards: 7-10 business days
• Cash payments: Immediate upon verification

Return Request Timeline:
• Physical AR Products: Customers can raise return requests within 10 days of delivery
• Digital AR Content: Return requests must be made within 2 Days before activation
• Quality disputes: Must be reported within 10Days of receipt
