1. GENERAL SHIPPING POLICY

         We are tie up with indian postal official contract. So that indian postal work with us as official logistics partner. Every order from visionmaya.com our front office team contact the customers to confirm their address and order details. Our internal dispatch team process the order and dispatch to indian postal for delivery the products to customer it seems takes minimum 24 hrs to 3 working days. For bulk orders our front office team call customers and confirm with customer preferable goods carrier or lorry service.

Important: Items sold are non-refundable. If any case of postal return, our front office team call the customer and sort out the issues. In case of damage from logistics we are not liable as per indian postal Rules and regulations applicable for our postal transaction. Product related queries handled by our customer care team in every our products we printed customer care number with contact time and email.

2.1 Payment Processing with PhonePe

         Vision Maya has integrated with PhonePe payment gateway to provide secure, fast, and reliable payment processing for all our customers. PhonePe offers multiple payment options including UPI, Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking, and Digital Wallets.

2.2 Payment Processing Timeline

         Once payment is successfully completed through PhonePe:

  • Instant Confirmation: Payment confirmation is received immediately
  • Order Processing: Orders are processed within 2-4 hours of successful payment
  • Dispatch Notification: Customers receive SMS and email notifications once order is dispatched
  • Tracking: Tracking details are shared within 6-12 hours of dispatch

         All transactions through PhonePe are secured with industry-standard encryption and comply with PCI DSS standards. Your payment information is never stored on our servers and is directly processed by PhonePe's secure payment infrastructure.

4. PAYMENT FAILURE & REFUND POLICY

4.1 Failed Transactions

         In case of payment failure through PhonePe:

  • Amount debited will be automatically refunded by PhonePe within 3-7 business days
  • No manual intervention required from customer
  • Refund status can be tracked through PhonePe app or customer care
  • Order will remain in "Payment Pending" status until successful payment
4.2 Refund Process

Important Note: As per our general policy, items sold are non-refundable. However, in exceptional cases:

  • Wrong Item Delivered: Full refund through PhonePe within 7-10 business days
  • Damaged During Transit: Replacement or refund based on customer preference
  • Order Cancellation (before dispatch): Full refund within 3-5 business days

6. TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • All transactions are subject to PhonePe's terms and conditions
  • Vision Maya acts as a merchant and PhonePe as the payment facilitator
  • Customers are advised to keep transaction screenshots for reference
  • In case of disputes, PhonePe's dispute resolution process will be followed
  • All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes and PhonePe transaction charges (if any)
